Safety Disclaimer
Last updated: May 27, 2026
1. No Guarantee of Safety
A SafeRide QR code, vehicle profile, rating, report count, or operator response does not guarantee that a trip is safe, lawful, insured, or risk-free. Passengers must still use personal judgement and follow applicable transport laws and safety guidance.
2. Verification Limits
SafeRide displays records supplied by operators, platform administrators, and system workflows. Verification status means the record exists in SafeRide and has passed the platform's current checks. It does not replace government licensing, police clearance, insurance verification, or regulatory approval.
3. Reports Are Allegations
Passenger reports and ratings are experience signals. They may be incomplete, mistaken, duplicated, malicious, or unresolved. SafeRide should not publish them as proven facts unless independently verified through an appropriate process.
4. Not Emergency Services
SafeRide does not dispatch police, ambulances, breakdown services, inspectors, or rescue teams. In urgent situations, users should contact emergency services, law enforcement, transport authorities, nearby security personnel, or trusted contacts immediately.
5. Operational Decisions
Operators, regulators, insurers, and passengers are responsible for their own decisions. SafeRide provides information workflows and analytics, not legal, insurance, transport licensing, or safety-command decisions.
6. Public Display of Safety Signals
Any public display of risk, reports, or ratings must be limited, contextual, and privacy-safe. It should distinguish verified registration data from unverified allegations and should avoid exposing private reporter or driver information beyond what is necessary for passenger verification.
